Geronimo Hospitality Group—Santa Barbara is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You’ll inspect rooms and public areas, ensuring quality and consistency, and interact with guests to enhance their stay.

You will manage daily mini-bar stock, record charges, and report maintenance issues. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and customer service, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Inspect housekeepers’ work to required standards to ensure quality checkouts and daily service in units and in public spaces.
• Assist with cleaning of rooms and/or covering for housekeepers as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Tech or Supervisor.
• Report any theft, damage, or lost and found items to management.
• Ensure that proper furnishing and literature is in all units.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• May perform similar duties as requested by Supervisor, Director, or General Manager.
