Lotte Hotel Seattle is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to inspect vacant and stay-over rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to standards. You may assist with room cleaning and cover related duties as needed, contributing to a safe and pleasant guest experience.

The role requires strong attention to detail, English communications skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays/overnight shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school
• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred, hotel experience highly preferred
• Must possess a gracious, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/overnight
• Coaching and sharing feedback with team members
• Communicating issues to housekeeping leadership

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant rooms and sometimes stay-over cleaning rooms
• Provide cleaning when needed and cover public area attendant or houseman duties
• Supervise employees to ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services for effective guest communication
