Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth operation of the assigned area by supervising and supporting staff
• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
• Perform daily written guest room inspections per department standards
• Monitor productivity and address areas below standard with the Executive Assistant Housekeeper
• Counsel and discipline employees while providing regular feedback on duties and guest service
