Job summary

The Service Companies is seeking a Hotel House Attendant for Westgate Resort Williamsburg in Newport News, VA. This full-time, permanent role requires cleaning hallways, vacuuming, restocking towels and toiletries, and providing friendly, attentive guest service to maintain a spotless property.

You will support housekeepers, stock storerooms, handle guest requests, operate cleaning equipment safely, and follow safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong guest service orientation.
• Team player able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Able to use scheduling/clocking-in technology as site varies.

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeepers and supervisors in daily duties.
• Clean hallways, vacuum, remove trash, restock toiletries and towels.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean and sanitized; maintain public areas.
• Direct guests and handle their requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Adhere to safety standards and report equipment issues.
