The Kohler Co. Housekeeping team at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Houseperson for full-time, onsite work. Shifts run weekdays and weekends, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with an hourly range of $13.10 to $19.60 plus tips. This role supports guest rooms and facilities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 16, eager to contribute to a clean, welcoming space, and able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work without sponsorship.

Formación

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Mopping the front lobby, stairwells and vending areas
• Cleaning break room restrooms, floor, tables, and counters
• Stocking chemicals, amenities, and adequate supplies
• Vacuuming halls and stairs
• Dusting hallway furniture, shutters, and railings
• Ordering laundry for next days cleaning
• Removing garbage from public and associate areas
