Vespera on Pismo Beach is seeking a diligent housekeeping associate to ensure rooms and public areas meet pristine standards. You will communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, prioritize tasks, and maintain a warm, service-oriented demeanor throughout shifts.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 lbs, and supporting cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed in a luxury beachfront environment.

Qualifications

• Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel.
• Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language used in the workplace.
• Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to perform painting and engineering tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental duties to meet deadlines.
• Attend hotel meetings and maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Assist housekeeping as needed and maintain organization of work areas.
