Residence Inn near Universal is seeking a dynamic Houseperson to support our housekeeping team. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to multitask. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, and candidates should be able to lift and move items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities include handling linens, cleaning common areas, delivering supplies to rooms, and maintaining stock levels. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Ability to push, bend, stoop, and reach upward.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Collect soiled linens for laundering from housekeeper's carts and linen closets.
• Vacuum floors, clean bathrooms and common areas.
• Run linen to housekeepers as needed.
• Deliver baby cribs, pillows, extra towels, and miscellaneous guest requests to guest rooms.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and common areas where trash receptacles are located.
• Restock shelves with paper supplies and restock room cleaner caddies daily.
• Put away all incoming supplies and deliveries.
