Job summary

MCR is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper at Courtyard Dallas Plano/Richardson in Plano, TX. You will clean and stock guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces, while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Must be able to convey information clearly and maintain guest service standards.
• Ability to listen, resolve conflicts and maintain professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Cleaning and stocking: stock room supplies and tools, prepare cart, participate in morning stand-up, handle linens as needed.
• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms and public spaces per shift.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage rooms and other areas to keep areas organized and safe.
