Driftwood Hospitality Management at the Courtyard Dallas Plano Parkway at Preston Road is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will stock supplies, observe room-entry procedures, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team to meet our safety and service goals.

Formación

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stock supplies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Attention to detail in inspecting rooms for cleanliness and damages.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow safety and security rules.

Responsabilidades

• Stock housekeeping bag with supplies and amenities for each room.
• Observe entry procedures when entering guest rooms.
• Clean assigned guest rooms and complete housekeeping checklist.
• Mark rooms clean for supervisor inspection.
• Report damages or hazards and secure doors after exiting.
• Maintain tidy corridors and service areas.
• Turn in lost and found items and keys; follow all safety rules.
