You will maintain cleanliness of carts, rooms, and laundry areas, stock supplies, report issues to the front desk or manager on duty, and assist guests with requests whenever possible. Training and safety compliance are part of the job.

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and adheres to company guidelines in cleaning guest rooms.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas to company standards while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Returns any remaining guest property to front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.
