• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist guests and accommodate requests when possible.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed.
• Complete required training and E-learning modules.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
