Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to uphold high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction in our hotel. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure carts and laundry areas are maintained per policy.

Position requires attention to detail and good communication with guests and staff. Training is provided. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Redlands, California, with opportunities to contribute across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately.
• Willingness to assist guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms to company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and reports maintenance or guest property issues.
• Assists with other hotel areas as directed by management.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.
