ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and to promote an exceptional guest experience. You will keep carts, laundry areas, and rooms in top condition, report issues promptly, and assist guests while following safety procedures.

The role is based at Seattle-area locations with competitive wages and benefits, including medical and 401(k), and opportunities to contribute to a high-performance hotel team.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and policies; communicate with manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed per management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates reasonable requests when possible.
