Drury Inn & Suites is seeking a housekeeping team member in Springfield, IL. Starting at $17.15 per hour with full benefits and quarterly bonus potential totaling up to $3200 per year, plus travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Ability to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to maintain clean guest rooms and public spaces.
• Assist guests with requests and provide friendly service under Service +1 standards.
• Conduct linen changes, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning per standards.
• Support maintenance by reporting visible issues and helping with routine duties.
