Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. in Erie, PA is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper and Guest Room Attendant to create a premium, welcoming guest experience. You will ensure every room and common area is clean, sanitary, and sparkling from check-in onward.

The role requires weekend availability, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs while standing for extended periods. Training and growth opportunities are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or room attendant preferred; training provided.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service to guests in rooms and suites.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium standards.
• Strip linens, restock supplies, and maintain housekeeping cart organization.
• Self-inspect rooms and report status to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a safe hotel environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
