ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures at Extended Stay America locations. You will contribute to a top-tier guest experience by maintaining clean rooms, carts, and laundry areas, and by responding to guest needs with professionalism.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, teamwork with staff, and completing mandatory training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience and associates.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a checkout room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Follows all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University trainings.
