Job summary

The Housekeeper position at ESA Management, LLC is responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures to ensure a premier guest experience. You will maintain carts, stock supplies, and report maintenance or guest property issues to the front desk or manager on duty.

The role may involve assisting in other hotel areas and following safety policies while participating in required training programs.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager including but not limited to, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
