Job summary

Maya Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper for Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte-Arrowood in Charlotte, NC. You will clean and stock public spaces and guest areas, assist with guest room prep, and support the housekeeping team to maintain our high standards.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $14.00–$16.50 and flexible shifts. Prior experience is not required; training is provided, and you will join a friendly, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior housekeeping experience required; training provided.
• Good communication with guests and team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel common areas, public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with guest room preparation, linens, and stocking supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor and keep areas organized.
• Support housekeeping team with inventory and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies at all times.
