Job summary

InTown Suites in Pasadena, TX is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

The role supports a busy hospitality team with regular shifts and customer-facing responsibilities. Candidates should adhere to cleaning procedures, manage supplies, and work well under time constraints while providing excellent guest

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to clean required rooms per shift.
• Able to reach, stoop, bend and squat as needed.
• Flexibility to assist in other housekeeping areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard procedures.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchens and dining areas: fridges, counters, tables.
• Vacuum and wash floors; maintain furnishings.
• Maintain room appearance; inspect for cleanliness.
• Restock housekeeping supplies at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety or policy violations to supervisor.
• Provide courteous guest service throughout interactions.
