Job summary

InTown Suites is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests at our Knoxville property. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

Essential duties include cleaning guest rooms, removing debris, restocking supplies, and maintaining a high level of customer service with guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standards.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards unless assigned otherwise.
• Clean bathrooms, including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors.
• Maintain furniture and appliances by dusting and polishing.
