InTown Suites in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces, ensuring cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

The role involves cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Willingness to perform multiple housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standard procedures.
• Empty trash and remove debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public spaces and laundry areas.
• Clean bathrooms: tubs, toilets, sinks, tiles, and fixtures.
• Sanitize and restock supplies in guest rooms and carts.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Maintain the exterior appearance of rooms and entry doors.
• Notify supervisors about room readiness and guest concerns.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to feedback.
