Job summary

Aloft OSU in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and supplies according to hotel standards. You will support front desk operations by ensuring rooms are ready for sale and reported issues are addressed promptly.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to work flexible hours. Benefits include medical, vision, life and accident insurance, PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping/hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to operate laundry room dryers and washers is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenish supplies and amenities, inspect and report rooms ready for sale to the front desk.
• Dust and clean all furnishings in guest rooms and maintain cleanliness of the cleaning cart.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests and follow hotel policies and emergency procedures.
