Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with our standards and procedures. You will help ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and assist with related housekeeping tasks.

You must follow safety policies, report maintenance issues, and maintain carts and laundry areas. Training will be provided through Extended Stay University and the role may involve occasional travel within the property network.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests with reasonable accommodations when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
