Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: clean and prepare guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Public Areas: maintain lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
• Supplies Management: ensure cleaning supplies and amenities are stocked.
• Report Maintenance Issues: report issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Laundry Service: assist with washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Guest Requests: respond promptly to guest requests for amenities or services.
• Privacy and Security: handle room keys and maintain security.
• Quality Standards: ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Other duties as assigned: participate in department meetings and adapt to tasks as needed.
