Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
• Must be able to lift up to 35+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, beds, linens and bathrooms; dust and vacuum.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies and hallways.
• Manage cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist with laundry duties and linen handling.
• Respond to guest requests for amenities professionally.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
• Ensure rooms and areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
