Job summary

ARK is seeking an attentive housekeeper to ensure guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas meet pristine standards. You will make beds, launder fabrics, manage supplies, and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, plus strong time management and communication skills. This is an on-site role requiring teamwork and reliability to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, vacuum, mop, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and handle laundry as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors and public restrooms.
• Track rooms cleaned and document any damages or lost items.

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas; making beds; doing laundry; ironing sheets; and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

Compensation:

$16 hourly

• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
