SHANTINATH HIE LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high standards, ensuring guests feel at home from arrival through departure.

Candidates should have a keen eye for cleanliness, reliable work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred to support busy hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities and supplies
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Respond to guest requests for additional housekeeping services promptly and courteously
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in an organized and sanitary manner
