RRI West Management, LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers for a full-time role at Red Roof Plus Chicago Naperville. The position offers 9am start times (flexible based on room turnover) and requires weekend and holiday availability.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Prior hotel housekeeping or guest-service background is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas following brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Ensure every room is clean, maintained, and guest ready.
• Respond to housekeeping-related guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Report room concerns and maintenance issues to Front Desk.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code and grooming standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to prep rooms on time.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Position: Housekeeping- Full Time
• Start time: 9am to ?- depending on when rooms are completed.
• Starting Pay: $16.50/ hour, based on experience.
• Holidays and Weekends Required.

Red Roof Plus Chicago Naperville is looking for dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms.

What does a day as one of our Housekeepers look like?

As a housekeeper, you will help make sure our guests have a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and designated public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Ensure every assigned room is clean, maintained, and guest ready.
• Respond to housekeeping-related guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items promptly to the Front Desk.
• Maintain a professional appearance while following company dress code and grooming standards.
• Work closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure rooms are prepared on time.
• Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

Physical Requirements

• Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
