The role includes setting up stations, assisting with food prep, greeting guests, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while delivering attentive service during breakfast hours in a bustling hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
• Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is required.
• Hospitality experience within a hotel setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing.
• Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and meal assembly as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Busing tables and removing used dishes to ensure a tidy dining space.
