Job summary

Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a part-time Hotel House Attendant to support the Rooms Division. The role offers Monday–Friday 9AM-3PM shifts (or until tasks are completed) and a $16/hour rate. You will assist with cleaning, stocking, linen transport, and guest services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative team players who can lift up to 30 lbs, work holidays, and help maintain a clean, safe environment across our resort’s facilities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with housekeeping including sanitation, laundry operations, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assists Hotel Room Attendants, including stripping room linen and removing trash.
• Transports dirty linen from departed rooms and transport to laundry department.
• Transport clean bath and bed linen from laundry to storerooms.
• Keeps storerooms clean, free of trash, and organized at all times.
• Delivers irons, ironing boards, roll-away beds, cribs, etc. to guest room upon request.
• Picks up and returns to storage any previously used guest requests found in rooms or hallways.
• Communicates with Supervisors and Rooms Division Manager for any special requests or duties.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with security regulations.
• Providing prompt and courteous guest service.
• Efficient Time Managment.

Duties

• Willingness to accept the most effective role, especially when occupancy is high.
