Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and energetic Hotel Hospitality Associates to support hotel operations through housekeeping, laundry, and public area maintenance responsibilities. Associates will support various areas of hotel operations to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. Individuals interested in longer-term employment may also be considered for permanent placement opportunities based on performance and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and guest ready.

Laundry Operations

• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
• Fold, sort, and organize linens and towels.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of clean linens to housekeeping teams.

Lobby & Public Area Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, fitness centers, and common areas.
• Remove trash and replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure public spaces remain organized, clean, and welcoming.

Team Support

• Assist other hospitality departments as operational needs arise.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime when available.
• Hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is helpful but not required.
