Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring privacy and a welcoming experience for guests.

The role is on-site and requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Experience in housekeeping is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team and use job-related technology.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotel, hospital, residential, or care-facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and committed to guest service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, follow procedures, and manage multiple priorities.
• Learn and use job-related technology and communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms thoroughly within established quality and productivity standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, remove trash, and replenish guest supplies.
• Follow established procedures, training checklists, sanitation requirements, and periodic deep-cleaning schedules.
• Handle and organize linens, supplies, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or discrepancies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or questions.
• Help maintain public areas, restrooms, stairwells, breakrooms, and back-of-house areas when assigned.
• Maintain guest privacy and follow all safety, security, key-control, and emergency procedures.
• Use required hotel systems and communication tools, such as Quore or Hotel Effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties within the associate’s training and capabilities.
