Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards and privacy guidelines. You will organize supplies, follow safety procedures, and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

This on-site position may involve varied shifts including weekends/holidays; prior hotel housekeeping experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Employee benefits and the option for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to learn and use hotel tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, tidy bathrooms, and replenish supplies.
• Follow sanitation requirements and schedule deep-cleaning tasks.
• Protect guest privacy and handle guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas as assigned.
