Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Guest Request Runner to fulfill guest requests and deliver items to guest rooms promptly, ensuring a high level of service.

You will need strong communication skills, physical stamina for lifting and moving moderate weights, and a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest needs.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift and carry moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of mornings, afternoon, and evenings, on any day including weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
