Job summary

Hyatt Regency San Antonio is seeking an Event Set Up Houseperson to prepare and reset all meeting spaces, including tables and chairs. The role requires clear communication and the ability to lift and move moderate weights in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate can stand and walk for extended periods and must be available 7 days a week with a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds overhead and push approximately 75 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have open availability 7 days a week.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
