Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds, gardens, and outdoor common areas of our Atlanta-area property. You will perform landscaping, grounds maintenance, and light outdoor repairs in collaboration with the Engineering/Facilities team.

This role requires physical work outdoors, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, operate lawn equipment, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and lawn equipment maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns, hedges, and shrubs on a regular schedule
• Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, trees, and landscaping beds
• Remove weeds, debris, litter, and leaves from grounds, walkways, and parking areas
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, reporting malfunctions promptly
• Clear seasonal hazards from walkways, entrances, and parking lots
• Maintain outdoor furniture, signage, fountains, and pool decking areas as applicable
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and report needed repairs
• Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor events as needed
• Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify and address safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Support general property upkeep in coordination with the Engineering/Maintenance team
• Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment, chemicals, and fertilizers
