Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel grounds, public areas, guestrooms, and back of the house to hotel standards.
• Assist room attendants and maintenance with minor repairs and work orders.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and reported if needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
