Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction.
