Job summary

Macon Marriott City Center is seeking a General Manager to lead across all hotel operations, guest experience, and financial performance. This role partners with ownership and key stakeholders to ensure brand standards and exceptional hospitality in Central Georgia.

The General Manager will champion operational excellence, leadership development, and strategic planning to maximize guest satisfaction and asset value. Strong Marriott brand experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading large hotel operations and teams.
• Strong communication with ownership and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in profitability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational, financial, and strategic functions of the hotel.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Provide monthly reporting, forecasting, and business reviews to ownership.
• Foster leadership development and talent management across departments.
