Job summary

• Hotel management experience is preferred; GM/AGM or similar leadership experience will be considered.
• Strong sales ability and revenue growth focus.
• Knowledge of hotel financials, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, budgets and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel performance including revenue growth, sales execution, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance.
• Build and develop the hotel team, ensure service quality, and maintain brand standards.
