We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a 142-room hotel in Marlborough, MA. This inviting hotel is a preferred choice for business and leisure travelers due to its excellent amenities, strategic location near corporate offices, entertainment spots, and sports venues. Guests enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast, indoor heated saltwater pool, fitness center, and modern meeting facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and drive financial success.
• Lead by example to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance team culture.
• Oversee hotel maintenance, ensuring excellent conditions in rooms, common spaces, mechanical systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, loss prevention, and risk management standards.
• Engage with team members to support their professional growth and build a positive workplace.
• Actively manage and drive sales and revenue management efforts.
• Represent and promote the hotel positively within the local community.
• Perform additional tasks as required to maintain the hotel's excellent operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager at a Hilton-brand hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations including budgeting, marketing, staffing, security, and long-term planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Skilled user of standard hotel management software.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership.
