CN Hotels Chattanooga is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering while maintaining brand standards and a culture of excellence.
You will recruit and mentor leaders, develop budgets, and implement guest-focused service strategies to grow revenue and community relationships at an extended-stay Marriott property in Tennessee.
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all hotel operations — including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering — ensuring that both guest satisfaction and financial performance exceed expectations.
You’ll lead a talented team, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Oversee all hotel operations while maintaining Marriott brand standards.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and associates.
Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Build and maintain strong community and business relationships.
Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, or related field).
Hotel renovation experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing 15+ associates.
Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, including budget management and F&B operations.
Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and operational goals in a branded hotel environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
