Job Summary

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the hotel front desk operations to ensure guests receive exceptional service. They supervise staff, resolve complaints and maintain efficient desk operations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.

Supervise all hotel front desk team members on procedures, systems and service standards.

Create and manage daily schedules.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Process all incoming and outgoing reservations.

Maintain accurate records of room occupancy.

Issue player's cards, comps and tickets to events.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail is necessary.

Must be able to operate office equipment and programs.

Perform under pressure in an interruptive environment.

High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.

May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights
