Job summary

The Count Team Member position at Caesars Entertainment’s Isle Casino Bettendorf involves counting monies from bill validators and various boxes, with a schedule including late/overnight shifts and weekends. Candidates should have basic math and Excel skills, be able to read/write English, and work well in a team under safety and company policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Transfers carts to and from the Count Room and sets Bill Validator Boxes in the appropriate slot machines.
• Performs the Bill Validator collection process.
• Collection, sorting, and accounting of various monies for multiple departments.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance of Count Room equipment.
• Notifies Count Room Supervisor of malfunctioning equipment.
• Adheres to safety, security, regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Cooperative while working with employees within the department, as well as other departments.
• Maintains Count Room in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Able to provide superior guest service and capability to deal with difficult interactions.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Excel.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in a friendly and respectable manner.

Job Summary

Work Schedule: Monday and Friday 1am-10am, all other days 8am-10am
