Job summary

Resorts World Miami Hilton is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. In this role, you will perform cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and assist in inventory control, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and experience in commercial cleaning. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage physical demands are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in an institutional cleaning environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned carpeted areas using commercial and small vacuums.
• Operate commercial buffers for floor care.
• Maintain supply closets with cleaning materials.
