Responsibilities

• Sort and verify Night Audit work (receivables), including reconciliation of banquet check extensions and code at cost.
• Post city ledger payments and reconcile city ledger accounts.
• Reconcile credit card back‑ups to General Cashier Summary and bill credit cards.
• Set up new accounts per established credit policy.
• Assist in reconciling open account status items.
• Input General Cashier Summary and maintain binder.
• Process all approved invoices for payment with proper signatures and backups.
• Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain Purchase Order Log and route invoices for approval.
• Ensure timely payments and proper account coding.
