Candlewood Suites in Greenville is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure a welcoming environment. You will follow established procedures and safety guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

The role requires strong attendance, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a hospitality-focused team to meet guest needs and uphold brand standards.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of branded hotel room experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professionalism and honesty are essential.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.

Responsabilidades

• Daily cleaning of rooms to restore vacancy status as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
• Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Return lost items to Lost and Found as appropriate.
• Keep linen closet stocked and tidy.
• Maintain supply cart and vacuum for efficiency.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and property.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Know emergency procedures and act accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
