Auro Hotels is seeking an Engineer I to support the hotel by ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems and delivering guest-ready accommodations. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept property and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, timely repairs, safety compliance, and prompt response to guest requests to uphold our standards of service and hospitality. Prior hospitality exposure is favored.

Formación

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC and Refrigeration.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures guest receives outstanding service by greeting guests and maintaining high standards of service.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and related equipment.
• Maintains safety procedures and follows emergency protocols; contacts management when needed.
• Inspects hotel operating systems and building components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Responds promptly to guest maintenance requests and communicates status to front desk.
