Job summary

Omni William Penn Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Engineering/Facilities professional to oversee the full upkeep of preventative maintenance, manage a team, and coordinate with other departments to minimize guest impact.

You’ll read blueprints, maintain HVAC and mechanical systems, ensure safety training, and support the Director of Engineering. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hotel engineering experience preferred.
• Extensive HVAC and mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Facilities in maintenance and scheduling of projects.
• Coordinate work with vendors and other departments to minimize guest impact.
• Maintain inventories of heat, light, power and repair supplies.
• Read blueprints/schematics for building systems.
• Ensure safety training and Omni SOPs are followed.
