Responsibilities

• Inspect boilers and HVAC equipment; troubleshoot and repair as needed.
• Test and treat water in HVAC systems; recharge refrigeration systems.
• Maintain and service test equipment and hand/power tools.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform painting tasks within the plant and facilities.
• Conduct facilities upkeep including landscaping and snow removal.
• Perform light equipment maintenance tasks after training.
